Prania e NATO-s n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, thot\u00eb raporti, \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr stabilitetin e rajonit t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n

NATO-ja, thot\u00eb raporti vazhdon t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve midis Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrmes dialogut t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar nga BE-ja, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7el\u00ebsi p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e paqes s\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n
