Chances are, you’ve had the experience of settling comfortably into bed, only to have someone urge you—perhaps more than once—to join them for a night out. It could be a party, a casual hangout, or just a walk.

Even if you’re already feeling drowsy, you might still choose to go. But if this has turned into a regular habit, it may be time to think twice. This isn’t about superstition—there are serious reasons why you should avoid doing this.

Why shouldn’t you go out at night after sleeping?

1- Your senses are clouded:

As you wake up after sleeping, your body and mind are not at their most alert. In fact, you could be operating on “autopilot” mode, which makes you more vulnerable to making reckless or risky decisions. This is because your brain needs time to return to its full ability to function, which could results in a slow response to any dangerous situation.
